The ADARC Sequencing Facility offers automated DNA sequencing service for ADARC staff. The facility maintains an ABI Prism 377 DNA sequencer, and ABI Prism 7700 real time PCR sequence detector and a Molecular Dynamics STORM 840 Phosphorimager.

A sequencer operator provides this service, and currently the cost of sequencing is $8.00 per sample, with an average 3-day turnaround.

The real time PCR and phosphorimager are available for use by staff investigators.
